Lemon Eucalyptus Natural Insect Repellent
May 4, 2009
Go natural – and use lemon eucalyptus pure essential oil to keep mosquitoes away this season. Mosquitoes naturally don’t like the scent of lemon or eucalyptus, and with this essential oil, you can dilute it and use it on your skin, add it to lotions and soaps, even use it in a liquid potpourri instead of burning expensive citronella candles (check out this lemon eucalyptus fragrance diffuser!).
This undiluted essential oil is a great value, since a little goes a long way, and you can use it in a variety of ways. When you’re shopping for Lemon Eucalyptus Oil, make sure you get an essential oil that is pure and undiluted. Another good lemon eucalyptus essential oil is Aura Cacia Lemon Eucalyptus

With a family of 4, I can see this lasting us most of the summer. We have a large yard, so we’re always wanting to be outside – this will save us a lot of money. Thanks!

What a great concept – so simple and natural. One thing – are there larger bottles available?

I add lavender and orange essential oils to my shampoos and lotions – now I’m switching to lemon eucalyptus. It’s an easy way keep bugs away without really thinking about it. Great smell!
